What to Expect From Our Four Step Process
Here is how we will get you the plan you need.

Step 1: We Listen and Explain
We start by getting to know you. We spend time asking you questions about your relationships, your assets, and your goals, so that we can get an aerial view of your situation. This helps us make the right recommendation about which legal tools will work best for you as you create your Relational Estate Plan. We also give you plenty of time to ask us questions about our philosophy and what the process of planning your estate looks like.

Step 2: We Develop a Plan to Accomplish Your Goals
After we have spent some time together and we have the details we need, we present you with a proposed plan that accomplishes your specific goals. We list each of the legal and non-legal tools we believe will help you and explain how they function. We then tweak the plan as needed until you are comfortable with it.

Step 3: We Craft Your Estate & Elder Plan
We begin crafting your estate and elder plan, by thoroughly reviewing the information you have given us and drafting the first versions of your legal documents. After we have drafted them, we send them to you for review. We make as many changes as you want, and we exchange the documents with you as many times as necessary until you are confident that they are what you need to accomplish your goals.

Step 4: We Implement Your Estate & Elder Plan
After you have approved the legal documents, we schedule a time for you to come into our office to sign them. Once the documents are signed, we make electronic copies of the originals for our files, then give the originals back to you in an organized binder. We then instruct you about how to store and use each document moving forward.
