Last Will and Testament Resources

A Last Will and Testament is the foundation of any estate plan and is the first important tool in accomplishing your relational goals. It sets out who you want to receive your assets when you die, and who you want to be responsible for collecting and distributing your assets when you are gone.  If you have children, it may also nominate a guardian to care for them if they are still under 18 when both of their parents’ pass.
