HOW WE BILL
Clear fees for every service.
Estate Planning Flat Fees
We are transparent with our fees and will always give you a quote before proceeding. Since we bill with flat rates, you can be confident that you will not be surprised by a bill. The flat fee includes phone calls, emails, and additional conversations with attorneys and paralegals as questions arise.
We are likely not a good fit if you are looking for the least expensive solution.
Estate Administration Fees
Our Estate Administration services are mostly billed on an hourly basis, although we can provide you with an expected range of costs (which is not a cap). In addition to our fees, there are various other court and commissioner fees and taxes which will need to be paid.
Elder Law & Asset Protection Fees
Our elder law and asset protection services are mainly billed on a flat fee basis, although they can include some hourly fees depending on the circumstances.
Other Matters
Other matter types include Corporate (entity formation, registered agent) and Contracts (leases, marital agreements). These services are billed on an hourly basis or a flat fee basis.
